Ordova Privacy Notice
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect your work email, brokerage name, primary state, approximate number of agents, consent to be contacted, consent version, and the page where you submitted the form. Our host also receives technical information such as IP address and browser details.
Why we use it
To manage the Ordova early-access waitlist, contact you about access and launch updates, and prioritize brokerage invitations. We do not sell or rent your information.
Who processes it
Netlify hosts this website, processes waitlist submissions, stores the submitted information, and provides spam filtering. Web fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address. We do not control these providers' retention practices.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or 24 months after our last contact with you.
Your choices
Email support@ordovaos.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or to stop receiving emails. We aim to respond within 30 days.
Ordova app users
The Ordova application is covered by each brokerage's agreement with us, not this website and waitlist notice.
Changes
We may update this notice as the website or our data practices change.
